Webhooks

We send an HTTPS POST with a JSON body to your URL when these events happen:

  • order.status — An order's status changed (dispatched, in progress, completed, partial, canceled…).
  • deposit.completed — Funds were credited to your account (payment gateway or admin top-up).

Your endpoint must be a public http(s) address and answer with a 2xx status within 10 seconds. Failed deliveries are retried 3 times (after 5 s, 30 s and 2 min).

Verifying the signature

Compute HMAC-SHA256 over timestamp + "." + raw body with your signing secret and compare it with X-SEOSM-Signature (also check that the timestamp is recent).
